Quick Stir-Fried Beans with Vegetables and Spices
Ingredients
- onion
- mushroom
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder
- 2 teaspoons dried basil
- zucchini
- cannellini beans
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- fresh spinach
- 2 teaspoons sriracha
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- orange juice (optional)
Preparation
Sauté onion and mushroom until softened.
Add 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder, 2 teaspoons dried basil, zucchini, and cannellini beans.
Continue sautéing until zucchini slightly softens.
Add 1 tablespoon soy sauce, fresh spinach, and 2 teaspoons sriracha.
Stir to combine and allow liquid to cook off.
Remove from heat.
Add 1 tablespoon maple syrup or a squeeze of citrus juice, such as orange juice, to sweeten.
Adjust seasonings as desired.
