Raw Tomato Pizza Crackers
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
- 5 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 5-7 chopped dried tomatoes
- 4 branches of fresh thyme
- 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- Pinch of pepper
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- Salt to taste
- 2 small tomatoes
Toppings
- 3 tsp sesame seeds
- 3 tsp sunflower seeds
- pinch paprika
Preparation
In a high speed food processor, first grind the dry ingredients all except tomatoes and the additions until powdery but still roughly chunky
Add the tomatoes and blend until a creamy dough forms
Add the seeds and combine
On a silicon tray, pour the dough and flatten it to a 1cm thick square or rectangle
Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds and paprika powder to decorate
Set in oven or dehydrator at 40 or 42°C for 10 hours or until crispy enough
