Raw Tomato Pizza Crackers

Ingredients

  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tbsp sunflower seeds
  • 5 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 5-7 chopped dried tomatoes
  • 4 branches of fresh thyme
  • 1 sprig of fresh rosemary
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp turmeric powder
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 small tomatoes

Toppings

  • 3 tsp sesame seeds
  • 3 tsp sunflower seeds
  • pinch paprika

Preparation

  1. In a high speed food processor, first grind the dry ingredients all except tomatoes and the additions until powdery but still roughly chunky

  2. Add the tomatoes and blend until a creamy dough forms

  3. Add the seeds and combine

  4. On a silicon tray, pour the dough and flatten it to a 1cm thick square or rectangle

  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and pumpkin seeds and paprika powder to decorate

  6. Set in oven or dehydrator at 40 or 42°C for 10 hours or until crispy enough
