Sautéed Sazón Veggies

Ingredients

  • sautéed sazón veggies
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced into strips
  • 1 red onion, sliced into strips
  • 1/2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds
  • 1 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp sazón
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • juice of half a lime
  • 1 tsp soy sauce ?

Preparation

  1. Start by sautéing onions and green bell pepper

  2. Allow to start browning around some of the edges and soften, about 2-3 minutes

  3. Add in red bell pepper, zucchini and minced garlic along with a splash of water to help prevent sticking

  4. Add in spices and toss together, allowing seasonings to become fragrant

  5. When veggies are softened, add in splash of lime juice and remove from heat

  6. Toss to combine and prepare to serve
