Savory Pancakes Breakfast

Ingredients

  • Gramflour Flour - 1 cup
  • Spinach leaves - 1/2 cup Blanched and turned into puree
  • Small onion - Chopped
  • Salt - according to taste
  • Corriander leaves - chopped
  • Green chillies - optional
  • Ginger julienne 1/2 piece
  • Carrom seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Oil as required
  • 1/2 or 2/3 cup water or add as required

Preparation

  1. Take Gram flour in a bowl

  2. Add all the ingredients except Water and oil ■ Now add half water and mix everything to make a fine batter . The texture of the batter should not be too runny or too thick

  3. Make sure no Lumps are there

  4. Heat Your Nonstick pan. ■ Make sure your gas is on medium heat. Then take a ladle full of batter and pour on the pan. Gently with the back of your ladle spread it evenly into round shape. ■ Drizzle 1/2 tsp of oil around pancakes so that the edges are moist and doesn't get sticky to the pan

  5. Flip and cook the other side

  6. Once they are done. You can serve them as you like . ■ I like them filled with my Avocado ? Spread filled with fresh cherry tomatoes and Extra Micro greens. ■ Best As Breakfast /lunch Takeaways too
