Simple Coconut Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 100g oats
- 30 g shredded coconut
- 40 g raisins
- 1 Tbsp psyllium husk
- 1 Tbsp linseeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 240 ml coconut milk
- 240 ml water
Preparation
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Transfer the mixture to the fridge and let it sit overnight.
Serve with your favorite autumn fruits in the morning.
