Simple Coconut Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 100g oats
  • 30 g shredded coconut
  • 40 g raisins
  • 1 Tbsp psyllium husk
  • 1 Tbsp linseeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 240 ml coconut milk
  • 240 ml water

Preparation

  1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.

  2. Transfer the mixture to the fridge and let it sit overnight.

  3. Serve with your favorite autumn fruits in the morning.
