Soul-Warming Energy Oats Breakfast

Ingredients

  • 50g oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric
  • 0.5 tsp cinnamon
  • 0.5 banana
  • 0.5 plum
  • 15g cinnamon date peanut butter
  • 10g chai granola

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, and cinnamon in a pot with water or plant-based milk. Bring to a boil and simmer until the oats are cooked and creamy.

  2. Stir in the banana and plum, then top with cinnamon date peanut butter and chai granola before serving.
