Soul-Warming Energy Oats Breakfast
Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp flax seeds
- 0.5 tsp turmeric
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 0.5 banana
- 0.5 plum
- 15g cinnamon date peanut butter
- 10g chai granola
Preparation
Combine oats, chia seeds, flax seeds, turmeric, and cinnamon in a pot with water or plant-based milk. Bring to a boil and simmer until the oats are cooked and creamy.
Stir in the banana and plum, then top with cinnamon date peanut butter and chai granola before serving.
