Vegan Gluten Free Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour (more if needed);
- 1/4 cup coconut flour;
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (soaked in water - vegan egg);
- 1/4 cup flax seed (in water - flax egg);
- 1 tbsp baking powder;
- 1 tsp baking soda;
- 1 tsp xanthan gum ;
- 1 tsp salt;
- 1/2 cup coconut oil;
- 1/2 cup apple purée;
- 3 tbsp white wine vinegar or apple cider vinegar;
Preparation
Mix dry ingredients then add the wet ingredients
Pour the mixture into a coconut oil greased silicone loaf pan and bake for 40-50min at 350F
Allow to cool before taking the bread out of the pan
