Vegan Persimmon Protein Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup oats
  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1/2 ripe persimmon
  • 1/2 scoop vivolife salted caramel protein powder
  • 1 tbsp flax
  • dash of cinnamon

Toppings

  • strawberries
  • homemade almond butter
  • sprinkle of seeds

Preparation

  1. Combine oats, soy milk, persimmon, protein powder, flax, and cinnamon in a bowl or pot

  2. Cook on stovetop or microwave until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally

  3. Top with strawberries, almond butter, and seeds before serving
