Vegan Persimmon Protein Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup oats
- 1 cup soy milk
- 1/2 ripe persimmon
- 1/2 scoop vivolife salted caramel protein powder
- 1 tbsp flax
- dash of cinnamon
Toppings
- strawberries
- homemade almond butter
- sprinkle of seeds
Preparation
Combine oats, soy milk, persimmon, protein powder, flax, and cinnamon in a bowl or pot
Cook on stovetop or microwave until desired consistency is reached, stirring occasionally
Top with strawberries, almond butter, and seeds before serving
