Vegan Tahini Chocolate Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup tahini
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 cup flour
- 1 bar Lily’s blood orange dark chocolate
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- Pinch cardamom
- 1/4 cup water
Preparation
Blend the tahini and maple syrup with electric hand mixer.
Add the vanilla.
Hand stir in the dry ingredients.
Thinly shave the chocolate into chunky shards as desired.
Add water as necessary so you can form into a ball.
Bake 12 minutes at 350 degrees.
