Vegetarian Pita with Vegetables and Feta
Ingredients
- 1 package Iglo Green Cuisine vegetarian minced meat
- 1 tomato
- 1 onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 150g feta cheese
- 5 pita breads
- 5 tablespoons sour cream
- Some coriander
- Vinegar
- Salt
Preparation
Chop vegetables and feta and mix in a bowl with salt and 1 tablespoon vinegar
Brown the vegetarian minced meat and toast the pita breads briefly
Fill the breads partly with salad and partly with the vegetarian minced meat
Add some sour cream on top
