Double Toast with Avocado Tomato and Spinach
Ingredients
- 2 slices of bread
- 1 avocado
- lemon juice
- pepper
- pink Himalayan salt
- tomato
- olive oil
- herbes de provence
- spinach
- ghee
Preparation
Toast the 2 slices of bread.
Smash the avocado and mix it with lemon juice, pepper, and pink Himalayan salt.
Roast the tomato with olive oil and herbes de provence.
Cook the spinach in ghee.
Assemble the toast by spreading the avocado mixture on the bread and adding the roasted tomato and cooked spinach.
