Baked Spaghetti Cups with Béchamel
Ingredients
- 1 packet cooked spaghetti
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 pieces cheese cubes
- 2 medium eggs
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Béchamel sauce
- 4 cups milk
- 5 tablespoons flour
- 6 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
For the béchamel sauce: In a medium pot, heat the butter, add the flour, and stir with a hand whisk to combine, then add the milk and stir until thickened.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and prepare aluminum cups or special oven dishes.
In a wide pan, heat the oil, add the chopped onion and stir until wilted, then add the crushed garlic, chopped green bell pepper, chopped parsley, cooked spaghetti, breadcrumbs, eggs, cheese cubes, salt, and black pepper, and stir well to mix.
Distribute the pasta mixture evenly into the cups and place in the oven to bake until browned.
