Brazilian Crepe on a Stick

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 large egg
  • 10 wooden sticks

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth

  2. Let the batter rest for 15 minutes

  3. Prepare your preferred filling such as cheese and ham and have the sticks ready

  4. Pour a portion of batter into a greased and heated crepe pan swirling to coat the bottom

  5. Cook until the edges lift and the surface is set

  6. Flip and cook until lightly golden on the other side

  7. Transfer the cooked crepe to a plate

  8. Place a stick on the crepe and roll the crepe around the stick

  9. Fill the rolled crepe with your prepared filling
