Brazilian Shortcrust Pastry for Hand Pies
Ingredients
- 500 g all-purpose flour
- 200 g margarine
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Water as needed
Preparation
Place the flour in a bowl and add the remaining ingredients except the water
Mix without kneading and gradually add water until you obtain a homogeneous dough that does not stick to the hands
Let rest for 30 minutes
Use your preferred filling
