Perfect Brazilian Vinaigrette Dressing
Ingredients
- 2 ripe Italian tomatoes
- 1 large red onion
- 1 green tomato
- Cilantro stems
Sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Preparation
Chop the tomatoes, onion, green tomato, and cilantro stems into small pieces
In a separate bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, vinegar, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined
