Quick Puff Pastry Vegetable Pasties
Ingredients
- Puff pastry (leftover)
- Thinly sliced potato
- Swede
- Onion
- Seasoning (plenty)
- Comte cheese
- Egg (for washing)
Preparation
Prepare the filling by combining thinly sliced potato, swede, onion, seasoning, and Comte cheese.
Fill the puff pastry with the vegetable mixture and seal the edges.
Brush the pastry with egg wash.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
