Simple Vegetarian Puff Pastry Pasty
Ingredients
- Puff pastry
- Plant-based chicken breast fillet
- No added sugar tomato ketchup
- Garlic Italian seasoning
- Grated mozzarella
- Egg
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 190°C.
Assemble the pasty by placing the fillings on the puff pastry.
Seal the pastry and brush with beaten egg.
Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes until golden.
Notes
This recipe was tested in a 20L mini oven and performed well, being quiet during operation.
