Ingredients
- Plant-based salmon fillet
- Mozzarella
- Chilli and garlic sauce
- Puff pastry
- Seasonal gold potatoes
- Broccoli
Preparation
Pan-fry the plant-based salmon fillet
Add mozzarella and chilli and garlic sauce to the fillet
Wrap the mixture in puff pastry and bake
Boil the seasonal gold potatoes
