Chinese Fujian Tossed Noodles

Ingredients

  • 100g wheat noodles (or noodles of choice)

Noodle sauce

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1/2 tablespoon maple syrup (or other liquid sweetener)

Preparation

  1. Cook your noodles according to packet instructions.

  2. In the meantime, make the sauce by whisking together all the ingredients.

  3. Toss the noodles in the sauce and serve hot.

Tips

  1. Add satay tofu to make the meal more substantial.
