  • 200-250g ground beef
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 level teaspoon salt
  • 1 level teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 level teaspoon red pepper powder
  • A bit of oil
  • Garlic yogurt, for serving
  • Butter and chili powder mixture, for topping

Preparation

  1. Bring the puff pastry sheets to room temperature on the counter.

  2. Cut each puff pastry sheet into 8 equal pieces.

  3. Add finely chopped onion, salt, black pepper, and red pepper to the ground meat and knead well.

  4. Distribute the meat mixture onto the pastry pieces and seal them tightly.

  5. Place them with the sealed side down.

  6. Brush the tops with oil using a brush.

  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 40-45 minutes until golden brown.

  8. Serve on a plate with garlic yogurt and drizzle with a mixture of melted butter and chili powder.

Tips

  1. Do not pour the yogurt on too early, as it may cause sogginess.

  2. Ovens may vary; bake until a coffee color is achieved, which may take up to 50-55 minutes if necessary.
