Homemade Coriander and Mint Powder

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves

Preparation

  1. Take two bowls filled with water.

  2. Soak half a cup each of fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves.

  3. Place the mint and coriander leaves separately on a clean kitchen cloth.

  4. Let them rest for a couple of hours under a fan.

  5. Then leave them for 2-3 days in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.

  6. Once they are fully dry, grind them separately in a mixer to make a fine powder.
