Homemade Coriander and Mint Powder
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves
- 1/2 cup fresh coriander leaves
Preparation
Take two bowls filled with water.
Soak half a cup each of fresh mint leaves and coriander leaves.
Place the mint and coriander leaves separately on a clean kitchen cloth.
Let them rest for a couple of hours under a fan.
Then leave them for 2-3 days in a cool and dry place, avoiding direct sunlight.
Once they are fully dry, grind them separately in a mixer to make a fine powder.
