Indian Spiced Potatoes in 15 Minutes
Ingredients
- 5-6 medium potatoes (boiled)
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon garam masala
- Salt according to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds
- 5-6 curry leaves
- 2 tablespoons mustard oil
- Handful of coriander leaves
Preparation
Heat mustard oil in a pan over medium heat
Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and curry leaves, and let them splutter
Stir in turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, and salt
Add the boiled potatoes and mix well to coat with spices
Cook for a few minutes until the potatoes are heated through and flavored
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
