Brownie Avocado Cup Dessert

Ingredients

Brownie

  • 4 eggs
  • 150 g granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon SP
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 80 g flour
  • 35 g cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 75 g DCC
  • 120 g butter

Avocado custard

  • 500 g avocado flesh
  • 120 g sweetened condensed milk
  • 100 ml water

White cream

  • 200 ml liquid whipped cream

Chocolate ganache

  • 150 g DCC
  • 150 g liquid whipped cream

Toppings

  • Optional: crushed hazelnuts or other preferred toppings

Preparation

  1. Cut brownies to fit the cups.

  2. Place brownie pieces at the bottom of each cup.

  3. Add avocado custard layer.

  4. Top with whipped cream.

  5. Drizzle chocolate ganache over the top.

  6. Sprinkle with desired toppings.

Brownie

  1. Melt DCC and butter, then set aside.

  2. Beat eggs, sugar, vanilla, and SP until thick and leaves a trail.

  3. Mix in flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until combined.

  4. Pour in the melted DCC and butter mixture and stir until even.

  5. Steam the mixture for 30 minutes.

Avocado custard

  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth.

White cream

  1. Whip the liquid whipped cream until stiff.

Chocolate ganache

  1. Melt DCC and liquid whipped cream together.

Tips

  1. Use small cups to make portions easy to refill.

  2. Toppings can be customized based on preference.

  3. This dessert is ideal for iftar meals during Ramadan.
