Easy Black Garlic Mayonnaise
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 3 cloves black garlic
- 1 lime
- 200 ml seed oil
- Extra virgin olive oil
- Salt
Preparation
In a pan, fry the black garlic with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.
Add a little water and let it reduce to intensify the flavor.
Blend together the egg, seed oil, the black garlic with its reduction, a pinch of salt, and lime juice until you get a thick, smooth sauce.
Tips
This sauce pairs well with meat, fish, and is excellent with tuna tartare. Try it!
