Easy Black Garlic Mayonnaise

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 3 cloves black garlic
  • 1 lime
  • 200 ml seed oil
  • Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt

Preparation

  1. In a pan, fry the black garlic with a bit of extra virgin olive oil.

  2. Add a little water and let it reduce to intensify the flavor.

  3. Blend together the egg, seed oil, the black garlic with its reduction, a pinch of salt, and lime juice until you get a thick, smooth sauce.
