Marinated Salmon Carpaccio Appetizer
Ingredients
- 500 g fresh salmon, thinly sliced
- 4-5 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- salt
- some dill sprigs
Preparation
Arrange the thinly sliced salmon on a serving plate.
In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
Pour the marinade over the salmon slices.
Let it marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
Garnish with dill sprigs and serve.
Tips
Ensure the salmon has been previously frozen to eliminate any risk of parasites before consuming raw.
