Vegetarian Smoky Bolognese Pasta Bake
Ingredients
- 80g trottole pasta
- Water as needed
- 1/2 brown onion
- Morrisons meat-free mince
- Some pasta water
- Tesco rich and smokey stock pot
- Knorr vegetable stock pot
- Tomato puree
- Schwartz onion salt
- Schwartz garlic powder
- Schwartz sweet smoked paprika
- Hot paprika flakes
- Sweetener to taste
- 30g grated cheddar cheese
Preparation
Cook the pasta in water for 6 minutes until al dente.
Dice the onion and fry it in a pan until softened.
Add the meat-free mince to the pan and cook until browned.
Stir in some pasta water, stock pots, tomato puree, onion salt, garlic powder, sweet smoked paprika, hot paprika flakes, and sweetener to taste; simmer until the sauce thickens.
Top the mixture with grated cheddar cheese.
Place under the grill until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Serve with a side salad.
