Copycat Hokben Chicken Roll
Ingredients
Wrapper
- 100 grams all-purpose flour
- 1 egg
- 150 ml milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon melted margarine
Filling
- 3 chicken thigh fillets, cut into pieces
- 300 grams shrimp
- 1 egg white
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
Mix the wrapper ingredients until smooth, then pour into a pan greased with margarine, spread thinly, and cook until done.
Mix all the filling ingredients together to form a mixture.
Place the cooked wrapper on parchment paper, add the filling mixture, roll it up, and steam until cooked.
Cut the rolls into pieces and fry until golden brown.
