Argentinian Asado Inspired Steak Charcuterie Board
Ingredients
- Skirt steak
- Grilling Salt
- 1/2 pound provolone cheese
- Crostini
- Corn
- Portobello Mushroom
- Honey Mustard Spread
- Argentinian style salami
Chimichurri
- 1/2 cup parsley leaves
- 1/4 cup oregano leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon red wine vinegar
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 tablespoons spicy pickled peppers
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- Kosher salt
Preparation
Season the skirt steak with grilling salt and grill to your liking
Grill the crostini, corn, and portobello mushroom
In a bowl, mix parsley leaves, oregano leaves, red wine vinegar, garlic clove, spicy pickled peppers, olive oil, and kosher salt for the chimichurri
Arrange the grilled skirt steak, provolone cheese, grilled crostini, grilled corn, grilled portobello mushroom, honey mustard spread, and salami on a large serving board
Place the chimichurri in a small bowl and add to the board
