Fried Sambusak with Meat Filling

Ingredients

  • 1/2 packet sambusak dough

For frying

  • Corn oil

Filling

  • 500 grams cooked minced meat
  • 1/2 cup minced carrots
  • 1/2 cup minced green onions
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mixed spices
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon coriander
  • 2 large eggs

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, place the egg white and set it aside.

  2. In a large bowl, place the egg yolk, the egg, the meat, the onions, the carrots, the salt, the mixed spices, the black pepper, the coriander.

  3. Mix the ingredients well.

  4. Place a little filling on the edge of the sambusak dough, then roll the dough over the filling to form a triangle shape.

  5. Place a little egg white on the edge of the sambusak to seal it well.

  6. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the sambusak pieces until golden brown. Serve warm.
