Fried Sambusak with Meat Filling
Ingredients
- 1/2 packet sambusak dough
For frying
- Corn oil
Filling
- 500 grams cooked minced meat
- 1/2 cup minced carrots
- 1/2 cup minced green onions
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon mixed spices
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon coriander
- 2 large eggs
Preparation
In a bowl, place the egg white and set it aside.
In a large bowl, place the egg yolk, the egg, the meat, the onions, the carrots, the salt, the mixed spices, the black pepper, the coriander.
Mix the ingredients well.
Place a little filling on the edge of the sambusak dough, then roll the dough over the filling to form a triangle shape.
Place a little egg white on the edge of the sambusak to seal it well.
Heat the oil in a deep frying pan and fry the sambusak pieces until golden brown. Serve warm.
