Pistachio Biscuit Halva

Ingredients

  • 1 cup powdered milk
  • 1 cup ground biscuits
  • 1 teaspoon cardamom
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 400 grams melted chocolate

Garnish

  • Ground pistachio

Preparation

  1. Prepare an 8-inch square mold and line it with parchment paper that covers the bottom and rises up the sides.

  2. Sprinkle some ground pistachio in the bottom of the mold.

  3. In a wide skillet, heat the powdered milk on medium heat with continuous stirring until it becomes light golden color, add the ground biscuits, cardamom, and cinnamon, and continue roasting for a short time, then let it cool.

  4. Gradually add the melted chocolate while stirring to achieve a soft mixture.

  5. Place the mixture in the mold, level the surface, sprinkle the pistachio garnish, and press it to adhere.

  6. Refrigerate the mold until set, then cut into cubes as desired.

Tips

  1. You can use small silicone molds instead of a square mold.
