Crispy Double-Fried Potato Snacks

Ingredients

  • 300 grams boiled potato puree
  • 2 tablespoons rice flour
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or potato starch
  • 1/3 tablespoon salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Boil potatoes until soft, drain, and mash into puree

  2. Mix the puree with rice flour, cornstarch or potato starch, salt, and pepper

  3. Fry the mixture in hot oil for 5 minutes, then remove and set aside

  4. Fry again until crispy

  5. Optionally, sprinkle with pepper or ketchup
