Vegan Peruvian Lomo Saltado
Ingredients
- Vegan steak alternative
- Or sliced Portobello mushrooms
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- French fries
Preparation
Marinate the vegan steak alternative or mushrooms.
Fry the French fries until golden and crispy.
Stir-fry the marinated protein in a hot skillet until cooked through.
Add onions and tomatoes and cook until softened.
Combine all components and serve immediately.
