Ingredients

  • Vegan steak alternative
  • Or sliced Portobello mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Tomatoes
  • French fries

Preparation

  1. Marinate the vegan steak alternative or mushrooms.

  2. Fry the French fries until golden and crispy.

  3. Stir-fry the marinated protein in a hot skillet until cooked through.

  4. Add onions and tomatoes and cook until softened.

  5. Combine all components and serve immediately.
