Skyr and Toblerone Chocolate Mousse
Ingredients
- 1.5 dl cream
- 400 g Skyr
- 250 g Toblerone
Preparation
Whip the cream in a stand mixer for about 5-10 seconds on level 1 until creamy, then add the Skyr and mix for another 10 seconds.
Break the Toblerone into pieces and place in a large bowl, cover with hot water, wait 2-3 minutes, drain the water, and stir the melted chocolate until smooth, then fold in the cream-Skyr mixture.
Set aside about 2 tablespoons of the cream-Skyr mixture for decoration.
Distribute the mixture into a bowl or into two glasses and refrigerate for about 2 hours.
Before serving, add the set-aside cream-Skyr mixture on top, sprinkle with the remaining Toblerone, and enjoy.
