Thai-Style Sambal Belacan Sauce

Ingredients

  • 3 handfuls bird's eye chilies
  • Small amount of roasted shrimp paste
  • Roasted garlic
  • Roasted red onion
  • Roasted big onion
  • Vinegar: approximately
  • Fish sauce: 5-6 drops
  • Sliced big onion
  • Lime

Preparation

  1. Blend the marked ingredients and mix with sliced big onion and lime juice.

  2. Do not add water to prevent the sambal from spoiling quickly and foaming.
