Thai-Style Sambal Belacan Sauce
Ingredients
- 3 handfuls bird's eye chilies
- Small amount of roasted shrimp paste
- Roasted garlic
- Roasted red onion
- Roasted big onion
- Vinegar: approximately
- Fish sauce: 5-6 drops
- Sliced big onion
- Lime
Preparation
Blend the marked ingredients and mix with sliced big onion and lime juice.
Do not add water to prevent the sambal from spoiling quickly and foaming.
Tips
Avoid adding water as it causes the sambal to spoil quickly and foam.
