Easy Semolina Biscuit Puffs
Ingredients
- 1 liter milk
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1.4 cups semolina
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 packet vanilla
- 2 packages Burçak biscuits
- Coconut
- Breakfast chocolate
Preparation
Combine milk, sugar, and semolina in a pot and cook, stirring, until it reaches pudding consistency
Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, and stir well
Pour into a wetted square baking dish and spread evenly
Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours
Remove and cut into rounds using a cutter or glass
Sandwich each piece between two biscuits
Coat in coconut
Decorate with breakfast chocolate if desired
