Easy Semolina Biscuit Puffs

Ingredients

  • 1 liter milk
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1.4 cups semolina
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 packet vanilla
  • 2 packages Burçak biscuits
  • Coconut
  • Breakfast chocolate

Preparation

  1. Combine milk, sugar, and semolina in a pot and cook, stirring, until it reaches pudding consistency

  2. Remove from heat, add butter and vanilla, and stir well

  3. Pour into a wetted square baking dish and spread evenly

  4. Chill in the refrigerator for 2 to 3 hours

  5. Remove and cut into rounds using a cutter or glass

  6. Sandwich each piece between two biscuits

  7. Coat in coconut

  8. Decorate with breakfast chocolate if desired
