First, for the orange sauce, put starch, sugar, and orange juice into a pot and stir until no lumps remain.

Pour the sauce into a mold that has been wet with water and smooth it out evenly.
After the mold cools slightly, put it in the refrigerator until the pudding is ready.
Meanwhile, for the pudding, put sugar, semolina, and milk into a suitable pot and stir until smooth.
Then, put the pot on the stove and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the pudding thickens.
Finally, add vanilla to the pudding, stir, and turn off the heat.
Take the mold from the refrigerator, pour in the pudding, and smooth the top carefully and as quickly as possible.
After it cools slightly, put the pudding in the refrigerator and let it rest for at least 3 hours.
After the time is up, take the dessert from the refrigerator and gently loosen the edges with your hands.
Then, invert the dessert onto a suitable serving plate.
Carefully remove the mold. Decorate the dessert as desired and serve sliced.
