Spicy Buffalo Style Chicken Wings
Ingredients
- 1 kg chicken wings
- 1 tsp smoky paprika
- 1 tbsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1 tsp cornstarch
Sauce
- 1 tsp ketchup
- 1 tsp honey
- 20 grams butter
- 0.5 tbsp salt
- 0.5 tbsp pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
Preparation
Coat the chicken wings with the seasoning mixture.
Cook the wings until crispy and fully cooked by baking, frying, or air frying.
Prepare the sauce by melting the butter and mixing with the other sauce ingredients.
Toss the cooked wings in the sauce and serve immediately.
