Quick Kimchi Fried Rice Bowl
Ingredients
- 2.5 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup diced kimchi
- 1 cup chopped carrots
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/2 cup green onions
- 3 tbsp Tamari
- 1 tsp sesame oil
- Hot sauce and chili flakes to taste
- 4 eggs
Preparation
Sauté carrots in a splash of olive oil.
Add broccoli and cook for another 3 minutes.
Add cooked rice, peas, green onions, and diced kimchi.
Stir until well incorporated, then add Tamari, sesame oil, and a drizzle of hot sauce; cook stirring until rice crisps up a bit.
Cook eggs to your liking and assemble bowls.
Tips
Adjust the amount of hot sauce and chili flakes based on your preferred spice level.
This dish is gut-friendly due to the kimchi.
