Sweet Potato Chaat with Coriander Chutney

Ingredients

  • 2 boiled sweet potatoes
  • 1-2 spoons ghee
  • Rock salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon peanuts
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • Green chilies to taste
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 1 lemon
  • Rock salt
  • Ice cubes
  • Beaten curd
  • Jaggery tamarind chutney
  • Makhana
  • Peanuts
  • Pomegranate seeds
  • Rock salt
  • Roasted cumin seeds

Preparation

  1. Cut 2 boiled sweet potatoes into pieces

  2. Transfer the pieces to a bowl

  3. Add 1-2 spoons of ghee

  4. Add rock salt

  5. Add 1/2 teaspoon of cumin seeds

  6. Mix well and place the pieces in an air fryer tray

  7. Air fry for 20 minutes at 180 degrees Celsius, checking and shuffling the pieces after 12 minutes

  8. Place 1 tablespoon of peanuts in a mixer jar

  9. Add 1 teaspoon of cumin seeds

  10. Add green chilies to taste

  11. Add 1 bunch of coriander

  12. Squeeze in juice from 1 lemon

  13. Add rock salt

  14. Add a few ice cubes and blend to make chutney

  15. Transfer the chutney to a bowl

  16. Air fry makhana and peanuts with a little salt until roasted

  17. Place the air-fried sweet potatoes on a serving plate

  18. Add beaten curd on top

  19. Add jaggery tamarind chutney

  20. Add the green chutney

  21. Add the roasted makhana and peanuts

  22. Add pomegranate seeds

  23. Sprinkle rock salt and roasted cumin seeds

  24. Serve and enjoy the sweet potato chaat
