Easy Papad Poha Indian Snack

Ingredients

  • tomatoes
  • raw mango
  • pomegranate
  • salt
  • sugar
  • fresh lemon juice
  • poha
  • oil
  • mustard seeds
  • peanuts
  • curry leaves
  • onions
  • roasted papad
  • besan boondi

Preparation

  1. In a bowl, mix tomatoes, raw mango, and pomegranate.

  2. Add salt, sugar, and fresh lemon juice.

  3. Mix everything well.

  4. Add washed poha and mix well.

  5. Prepare tadka by heating oil and adding mustard seeds, peanuts, curry leaves, and onions.

  6. Mix the tadka into the poha mixture.

  7. Crush roasted papad.

  8. Add crushed papad and besan boondi on top of the poha mix.

  9. Serve and enjoy with tea or as any meal.

Notes

  1. No cooking is required except for preparing the tadka.

  2. This is a low-cooking, healthier option compared to other cooked foods.
