Vegan Air-Fried Egg Rolls
Ingredients
- Vegan egg roll wrappers
- Bagged coleslaw mix
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- Cilantro
- Oil for spraying
Preparation
Mix the filling ingredients together, including bagged coleslaw mix, cornstarch, and cilantro.
Fill the wrappers and roll them up in the traditional egg roll style.
Spray both sides with a little oil.
Place them in the air fryer on the wire rack.
Set the air fryer to 390°F and cook for 5 minutes.
Flip the egg rolls and cook for another 8 minutes at the same temperature.
Repeat the cooking process until all egg rolls are done.
For reheating leftovers, cook in the air fryer at 350°F for 5 minutes.
