Blueberry and Vanilla Baked Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour
  • 1 flax egg
  • 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4-1/2 cup plant-based milk

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes

Tips

  1. Leave the dish uncovered to ensure the oats cook properly
