Blueberry and Vanilla Baked Oats
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup oats
- 1/4 cup gluten free flour
- 1 flax egg
- 1 tbsp coconut yoghurt
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4-1/2 cup plant-based milk
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients together and bake at 200°C for 20-25 minutes

Leave the dish uncovered to ensure the oats cook properly
