Brazilian Ricotta and Raisin Pie
Ingredients
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 2 cans milk
- 4 eggs, separated
- 500 g ricotta
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 150 g dark raisins
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)
Blend sweetened condensed milk, milk, strained egg yolks, ricotta, and sugar in a blender until small balls form
Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form
Gently fold egg whites into the mixture
Grease a baking dish and lightly dust with flour
Pour mixture into the dish and sprinkle raisins
Bake until golden
