Brazilian Ricotta and Raisin Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 cans milk
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 500 g ricotta
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • 150 g dark raisins

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180Β°C (350Β°F)

  2. Blend sweetened condensed milk, milk, strained egg yolks, ricotta, and sugar in a blender until small balls form

  3. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form

  4. Gently fold egg whites into the mixture

  5. Grease a baking dish and lightly dust with flour

  6. Pour mixture into the dish and sprinkle raisins

  7. Bake until golden
