Cheesy Boat Yeast Bread
Ingredients
- 200g cakra flour
- 45g segitiga flour
- 15g milk powder
- 45g granulated sugar
- 6g instant yeast
- 180ml (made from 1 whole egg, 20g whipped cream powder, and milk to total 180ml)
- 30g butter
- 3g salt
Preparation
Mix or knead all ingredients except butter and salt until smooth, then add butter and salt and continue kneading or mixing until elastic and soft.
Divide the dough into portions of about 50-55 grams each, then for each portion, divide it into two pieces, roll out each piece, roll them up, and place the two rolls side by side.
Arrange the shaped dough in a baking pan and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled in size.
Brush with milk, place a cheese slice in the middle, sprinkle parmesan cheese on the sides, and sprinkle dried parsley on top of the cheese slice.
Bake at 180°C for about 25 minutes or until done, adjusting temperature and time as needed for your oven.
Notes
Add the liquid slowly and stop when it is sufficiently incorporated to avoid the dough becoming too soft.
