Thin Pizza Crust Dough
Ingredients
- 300g high-protein flour
- 150g medium-protein flour
- 1.5 teaspoons instant yeast
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 200ml cold water
- 20g margarine
- 0.5 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Mix together the flours, sugar, and instant yeast.
Add water little by little while kneading until smooth.
Add margarine and salt, and knead until elastic.
Let the dough rest for 30 minutes until it doubles in size, then punch down and divide into 30g portions.
Roll out the dough thinly and place in greased mini pizza pans, then prick with a fork.
Let rest again until risen, about 30 minutes.
Bake with bottom heat at 170°C until half-baked.
The pizza crust is ready to add your favorite toppings.
Notes
For a 22 cm diameter pan, divide the dough into 3 portions instead of 30g each.
