Easy Adobo Seasoned Tofu Dinner

Ingredients

  • 1 block pressed tofu, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
  • quinoa
  • broccoli
  • red pepper
  • peas
  • avocado

Preparation

  1. Place all ingredients in a large tupperware and shake to evenly distribute seasoning.

  2. Bake the tofu at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.

  3. Serve with quinoa, roasted broccoli, red pepper, peas, and avocado.
