Easy Adobo Seasoned Tofu Dinner
Ingredients
- 1 block pressed tofu, cubed
- 2 teaspoons adobo seasoning
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- quinoa
- broccoli
- red pepper
- peas
- avocado
Preparation
Place all ingredients in a large tupperware and shake to evenly distribute seasoning.
Bake the tofu at 400°F for 15-20 minutes.
Serve with quinoa, roasted broccoli, red pepper, peas, and avocado.
