Famous Turkish Kol Borek
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 400 grams ground meat
- 4 onions
- Salt, black pepper, red pepper, paprika
Sauce
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup milk
- 3/4 cup oil
- 20 sheets phyllo dough
Preparation
Cook the ground meat with onions and spices until browned and fully cooked.
In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and oil to prepare the sauce mixture.
Layer the phyllo dough sheets, add the meat filling, and roll into the traditional kol shape.
Brush the rolls with the sauce mixture and bake in a preheated oven until golden and crispy.
