Homemade Cheesy Garlic Bread
Ingredients
- 2 cups warm water
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon instant dry yeast
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 5 cups flour
Topping
- 100 grams butter
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- Dill
- Parsley
- Kashar cheese
Preparation
Make a soft dough with the dough ingredients and cover it to rise for about 1 hour
While the dough is rising, prepare the garlic mixture by mixing butter with finely chopped dill and parsley, crushed garlic, and spices
Roll out the risen dough to the size of a baking sheet
Spread the butter mixture on top
Prick the entire surface with a fork
Sprinkle grated kashar cheese on top
Bake in a preheated 200-degree oven until golden brown, then let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving
