Pumpkin-Shaped Baked Brie

Ingredients

  • 1 puff pastry
  • 1 wheel of Brie
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin butter
  • 1 egg white
  • Baking twine

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.

  2. Spread out the puff pastry on a piece of parchment paper.

  3. Add pumpkin butter to the middle and place Brie on top.

  4. With a knife or pizza cutter, cut a circle around the Brie, enough to cover the entire thing.

  5. Wrap the Brie with the puff pastry.

  6. Tie twine around the Brie to create the pumpkin shape.

  7. Brush with egg white.

  8. Bake for 20 minutes at 375°F.

  9. Remove and add to your charcuterie board.
