Octopus-Shaped Sausage and Cheese Pastry

Ingredients

  • 500g puff pastry
  • 300g mozzarella cheese
  • sausages

Preparation

  1. Roll out both sheets of puff pastry and cut out a circle.

  2. Cut the sausages on one side to allow them to open up during baking.

  3. Arrange the sausages along the edge of the pastry circle.

  4. Place the mozzarella cheese in the center.

  5. Cover with the second pastry sheet.

  6. Seal all edges around the cheese and between the sausages.

  7. Bake at 180-190Β°C for 35 minutes.

  8. Serve hot by pulling off the sausage edges and dipping in the melted cheese.
